Upgrading a Subscription

To upgrade a subscription, please send us a message after logging into the Quantera Labs support portal.

You will have some remaining time on the old subscription, which you have already paid for.  You will not lose this money; we will take it into account as part of the process of determining how much to charge you; we refer to this process as "proration".  We will calculate what you are owed for the remaining period of the old subscription, taking into account the proportion of the remaining time to the entire subscription period (including a sales/VAT tax refund in the calculation, if any).  Next, we will determine what the more expensive version will cost, again taking into account the proportion of the remaining time to the entire subscription period (including a sales/VAT tax in the calculation, if any).  At the time of the upgrade, you will be charged the difference between what you owe for the more expensive and what you are owed for the less expensive version, both calculated for the remaining period of the current subscription.  Then when the next full subscription period starts, you will be charged the full price for the more expensive version.
